"Fall Flavors" - Slow Roasted chicken terrine with tarragon roasted garlic, mustard seed "caviar" & Cuban pickle-pepper relish. Porcini dusted scallops with roasted creamy corn & madeira wine sauce & spinach. Sesame and chili shrimp with cabbage, scallion & sweet potato pancake.
