Children/adults must arrive in uniform, wear a mask & only bring a labeled bottle of water. Parents & the General Public are not allowed into the building due to Covid-19 State & Cohasset Board of Health Guidelines.

This class is for the beginning to experienced adults and for advanced children-purple belt and above. The focus is on learning the Uechi-rhu system of Okinawan Karate, self defense and physical fitness in a friendly and safe atmosphere.
