Tuesday, November 19^th: “Holiday Appetizers and Sides” 2 faux “tar tares: 1. Mixed mushroom & truffle and 2. Charred rare beef w/mustard, capers, onion, aioli.

Also, roasted brussel sprouts w/bacon and sour orange syrup, Fried Spanish olives w/panko & saffron and Scalloped potato and caramelized onion tart w/manchego and fried garlic.
