Kid's Yoga with Jamey Kupsc, CCYT       $40 per child

Ages 4 - 8

Class will run Wednesday, June 18th, 25, July 2nd and July 9th.  Class time is 4:00 to 4:45 p.m.  Class size is limited, so sign up early so you do not miss out!

Yoga for Children is a fun, innovative form of exercise.  The postures encourage balance, coordination and self-expression.  This form of exercise comes very naturally to children.

Through Jamey Kupsc's experience as a preschool teacher, she brings a creative and unique style of teaching that kids will enjoy from the first class onwards.  During class, children will exercise and express themselves in a natural, playful way.  Self-esteem will grow and creative spirits will soar!  Please bring a yoga matt and dress comfortably.
